Cooking Social - Enchiladas Verdes & Salsa Macha

Tuesday 21st of January - let’s make Enchiladas Verdes, this beautiful Mexican home breakfast is the most popular dish on the menu in our Cantina and we are sharing the secret.

We welcome everyone with a margarita and then work together towards sharing a meal of Enchiladas, Arroz Verde (green rice) and Salsa Macha, at the cantina family table.

This class is suitable for both vegetarians and meat eaters alike, as we can teach both the chicken and cheese filled variations of the dish.

What you can expect -

Welcome - arrive to enjoy a welcome margarita, meet your class mates, receive your recipes and go over the menu and class plan, before jumping into our hands on lesson making and creating a delicious menu.

What we will make -

Enchilada sauce and fillings, green rice & salsa.

yours to take home will be your Clay Cantina class recipes and there is option to purchase some ingredients to work with at home.
